Penny is an English ice dancer who represented Great Britain.With partner Nicholas Buckland, she is a European Figure Skating Championship Bronze medalist and has won six other International medals. Penny is also five time British National Champion and three time Winter Olympian. She is a US Figure Skating Category A coach and a member of the Professional Skater’s Association.

Penny began coaching this year and is a National team Coach for China overseas program. Penny teaches all ages and abilities but her specialty is Ice Dance and Choreography.
